Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a dedicated store associate in Missouri to merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain cleanliness for an optimal shopping experience. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Opens additional check lanes as required to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly per merchandising planograms.
• Completes curbside pickups accurately and on time for customer vehicles.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Follows safety and inventory procedures and keeps the store clean.
