Lidl US is hiring Store Associates to deliver a robust in-store experience. You will help customers, stock shelves, and keep the store clean across all areas including bakery, produce, and promotions. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 18+ years old, the ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings, including weekends. Competitive starting pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
• Flexibility to start an early shift at 5am or finish a late shift at 11pm, including weekends.
• A positive attitude and friendly communication with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unpack stock as deliveries arrive in store, maintaining a quick pace.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the store, assisting customers and locating items.
• Keep the entire store clean and organized during your shift, from parking lot to breakroom and warehouse.
• Learn and perform tasks in bakery, produce, and weekly promotional set-up to expand knowledge of the business.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks as a team.
