Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking team members to deliver exceptional service and help maintain a clean, well-organized store. You will interact with customers, process transactions at the POS, and participate in restocking, signage, and merchandise setup.

A successful candidate can work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Operate POS to checkout customers and manage cash handling.
• Assist in building/assembling store displays and signage.
• Assist in freight, recovery and out of stock processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and back areas.
