Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking team members to provide excellent customer service and support across store operations. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, and participate in merchandising, stocking, and light maintenance of the sales floor.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing purchases, and supporting promotions while maintaining safety and store standards. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is required to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills for point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Willingness to learn store processes and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries in-store and online.
• Assist with promotions, pricing, and signage as directed by management.
• Operate POS to checkout customers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Stock, restock, and maintain store appearance; support back stock and display setup.
• Support safety, loss prevention, and daily store operations as required.
