GoPuff is seeking a Store Associate at our Kentucky locations to deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with product knowledge, and handle cashier duties. The role includes stocking, inventory maintenance, and adherence to age verification and payment processing policies.

You will balance tills, help in promotions, and support a clean, safe store environment. A background in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires (nights, weekends and holidays).
• Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services.
• One year as a store associate or customer service representative.
• Prior experience in a team environment requiring professional communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary for establishing customer and team relationships.
• Ability to demonstrate a positive and engaging attitude and demeanor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of BRS products and services.
• Knowledge of BRS products to provide customers with recommendations; Drive sales in all departments.
• Replenish and maintain inventory.
• Perform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy while completing customer transactions.
• Operating scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow proper age verification policies; Accept payments such as cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a customer receipt; Processing refunds and exchanges.
• Balance register drawer.
• Bagging or boxing purchases to ensure safe transport.
• Follow BRS coupon and gift card procedures.
• Maintain store safety standards.
• Store cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathrooms.
• Assist in promotions and setup of BRS events.
• Observe vehicle policies and procedure guidelines.
• Maintain all safety standards for BRS deliveries.
• Delivery items to customers; Following delivery routes and time schedules.
