Job summary

GoPuff is hiring a Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales at our BRS locations in Kentucky, including Louisville. This role involves cashier duties, inventory replenishment, and upholding safety and age-verification policies.

Candidates should be 21+, able to work a flexible schedule, and possess at least one year of retail or customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• One year in store associate or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate cash registers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of BRS products and services.
• Drive sales across all departments and maintain inventory.
• Perform cashier duties and process transactions with accuracy.
• Balance register and handle refunds or exchanges.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and proper age verification policies.
• Assist in promotions and event setup and support delivery operations as needed.
