GoPuff is hiring a Store Associate in Kentucky to provide exceptional customer service, process sales, and support in-store and delivery operations. You will greet customers, recommend BRS products, and maintain inventory while handling cash and POS transactions.

The role requires 21+ with a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. Prior retail experience is favored; full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Desire to develop retail sales skills and product knowledge
• 1 year of store associate or customer service experience
• Team environment requiring professional communication
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team relationships
• Positive attitude and engaging demeanor
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
• Observe safe procedures and store policies

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services
• Provide product recommendations and drive sales across departments
• Replenish and maintain inventory
• Perform cashier functions and handle transactions
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and POS systems
• Verify customer ages for restricted items
• Process refunds and exchanges; balance the register
• Bag or box purchases for safe transport
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and floor standards
• Assist in promotions and event setups
• Support delivery items to customers and follow delivery routes as needed
