Gopuff is hiring for a Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service, handle cashier duties, and support store operations in Bowling Green, KY. You will greet customers, make product recommendations, and maintain inventory while handling transactions and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a 21+ candidate with a flexible schedule, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Desire to develop retail sales skills and product knowledge
• One year as a store associate or customer service representative
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Positive and engaging demeanor
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about BRS products and services
• Drive sales through knowledge of BRS products and recommendations
• Replenish and maintain inventory
• Perform cashier functions and handle transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics
• Follow age verification policies and process payments
• Balance cash drawer and provide receipts
• Bag or box purchases for safe transport
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across areas
• Assist in promotions and event setup
• Deliver items to customers and follow delivery routes
