Store Associate

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for offering fast and friendly customer service in our gas station. The role covers cashiering, stocking, cleaning and overall customer service to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Shift Availability

• Morning shift (7 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
• Night shift (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.)

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Maintain assigned areas in‑stock and in presentable condition
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Perform housekeeping duties and assist in maintaining a clean and inviting store appearance
• Process point of sale purchases
• Assure pumps, equipment, signs and facilities are functioning and look good
• Work in the walk‑in cooler
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Adhere to tobacco and alcohol sales regulations
• Cross‑sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Maintain all food service and beverage areas
