Job summary

Majors Management-Maritime Farms is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean store environment. Onsite location, part or full-time, pay rate $16.50/hr with training-based incentives.

Ideal candidates are friendly, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include assisting customers, restocking, ensuring accurate pricing and displays, and upholding cash control policies.

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Type: Part or Full Time

Location: Onsite

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr. This role is also eligible for training based incentives.

The Sales Associate position involves providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
