Job summary

Majors Management-Maritime Farms is seeking a Sales Associate for onsite retail. You will provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, restock merchandise, and maintain clean displays in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, work well with others, and efficiently manage multiple tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience desired.

Position Title: Sales Associate

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Type: Part or Full Time

Location: Onsite

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr. This role is also eligible for training based incentives.

The Sales Associate position involves providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
