Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a parcel shipment store. You will work with a small team, use a point of sale system to input information, print shipping labels, and prepare packages for shipment.

The role offers a Wednesday–Saturday schedule with pay of $17–$18 per hour. Additional benefits are available as described by the employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Team oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 15–20 pounds.
• Basic computer skills/ typing.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile.
• Communicating/ collecting shipping info.
• Entering info into an electronic system.
• Packing/ taping packages.
• Lifting packages and prepping them for shipment.
• Selling products like envelopes, boxes, greeting cards, etc.

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Associate to work in their parcel shipment store. This client is a nationally known packing and shipping company with a great reputation. This opportunity is great for any applicant that enjoys working in a small team, and working with people! The Customer Service Associate will use a point of sale system to input information, print shipping labels, and get packages ready for shipment. Schedule

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Saturday 9:45am - 5pm.

Pay

$17-$18 per hour
