The Retail Store Associate position offers an opportunity in a leading retail setting to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact lives.

Essential Functions:

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively resolving service issues
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items
• Performing cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies
• Maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, pricing updates, and inventory management as directed
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed
• Providing support across departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assisting pharmacy staff when needed, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs aligned with our health mission

Required Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and perform visual inspections

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Anticipated weekly hours: 25

Time type: Part-time

Pay range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location
