Job Summary

Service Center: Sarasota - Cattlemen Rd

Company: Caliber Collision

We have an immediate opening for an Auto Shop Helper to perform various duties, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, cleaning spray booths, and organizing tools and equipment.
• Maintaining parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly manner.
• Performing minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs as needed.
• Following all guidelines according to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures and center procedures to ensure timely repairs.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance.
• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification are a plus but not required.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
