The Retail Store Associate position offers an opportunity in a leading retail setting to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role. You will work both independently and as part of a team to positively impact lives.

Essential Functions:

1. Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
2. Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting in locating items.
3. Performing cashier duties accurately, handling transactions per company policies.
4. Maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, and inventory tasks.
5. Supporting opening and closing activities as needed.
6. Supporting other departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
7. Assisting pharmacy staff, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
8. Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to support health initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and perform visual inspections.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
