Store Associate Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and locating items.
• Perform cashiering and customer service duties.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and consumables to ensure product availability.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outdoor areas.
• Follow all company policies and safety standards.
• Close registers, balance cash, and report discrepancies.
• Ensure hot food items are prepared and served according to standards.
• Assist with fuel spill cleanup and other safety tasks as needed.

Work Environment

• Primarily in a retail store setting.
• Frequent exposure to fuel pumps, vehicle traffic, and outdoor conditions.
• Work may be in hot or cold environments.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods.
• Move freely inside and outside the store.
• Climb stairs/ladders, kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
