Blue Seal/KENT Nutrition Group (KNG), a member of the KENT Corporation family, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Store Associate at the Litchfield, CT store! This full-time position offers a competitive salary and an outstanding benefits package, including health insurance, a 401K plan, and an employee discount. The position is 40 hours/week and includes weekend hours.

This role is based in Litchfield, CT.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product needs and answer questions
• Care for plants and greenery
• Handle cash register operations, stock the store, and load store customers
• Load and unload products such as bagged feed, shrubs, trees, and plants for customers
• Operate hand trucks safely and follow all safety protocols
• Receive, accurately load, and rotate stock
• Maintain cleanliness of the showroom and nursery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches
• Ability to work in various environments
