A leading health care provider seeks a Retail Store Associate to work in a Highmark Direct Retail Store. The role involves selling various insurance products, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring store operations are conducted efficiently. Candidates should have a high school diploma and some customer service experience. Flexible scheduling is essential as well as strong communication skills.
JOB SUMMARY
This job is responsible for meeting with customers and selling all available products in a consultative environment in a Highmark Direct Retail Store. This job requires extensive knowledge of all Highmark products, systems, and resources used in stores, including a working knowledge of any necessary Highmark or Highmark-owned ancillary products.
The Retail Store Associate works Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 8:00am -6:00pm.
