This position is based in Litchfield, CT, and offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekend hours.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with product needs and answer questions
• Care for plants and greenery
• Operate cash register, stock store, and load store customers
• Load and unload products such as feed, shrubs, trees, and plants
• Operate hand trucks safely and follow safety protocols
• Receive, load, and rotate inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of the showroom and nursery
• Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift 55 lbs to a height of 50 inches
