Job summary

Shoe Carnival is seeking a Store Associate to greet customers, assist with finding shoes and accessories, and manage cash transactions on the sales floor. You will keep displays neat, share promotions, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires basic math skills, the ability to stand for extended periods, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a part-time position offering flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
