Job summary

Shoe Carnival is seeking a friendly Store Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. If you love shoes and helping people, you’ll enjoy creating great experiences for every customer and handling a register with basic math.

Greet customers, assist with finding footwear and accessories, run the register, process returns, and share promotions including Shoe Perks. This role requires good communication, standing for shifts, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities
