Job summary

Shoe Carnival is seeking a Store Associate to help customers, assist with finding shoes and accessories, and create an enjoyable shopping experience. You will operate the register, handle cash, and process returns while providing friendly, helpful service.

In this role you’ll promote Shoe Perks and current promotions, keep displays neat and stocked, and support loss prevention and store cleanliness. A minimum age of 16 and flexible availability are required for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to perform basic math and handle cash transactions.
