Position Summary

Essential Functions

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
• Performing cashier duties accurately, handling transactions following company policies.
• Restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing activities as needed.
• Supporting other departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy staff, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.

Required Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and perform visual inspections.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Additional Details

Part-time, 20 hours/week. Pay range: $15.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, 401(k), stock purchase plans, wellness programs, paid time off, flexible schedules, and more. Application deadline: 08/11/2025.
