As a Store Associate, you will represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a great experience during each visit. Your responsibilities include driving sales, using the point-of-sale system to track merchandise and verify purchases, and working with your team to create an environment of trust and respect. Staying updated on promotions and new products through Curaleaf’s internal tools will enable you to serve guests effectively.
Regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds. Close vision (at 20 inches or less) is necessary.
This role operates in a professional retail environment. Standard office equipment such as computers, POS systems, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets are used routinely. The position involves potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens, and requires the ability to work in confined spaces, with high stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
