Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a motivated store manager in Missouri to lead daily operations and supervise staff. You will complete a five-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics, while driving customer service excellence and sales.

The role offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, with starting pay at $18.75 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and advancement prospects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
