Job summary

You will partner with the Store Manager on inventory control, loss prevention, opening and closing procedures, and building a welcoming, productive environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles with strong customer service.
• Supervisory or leadership experience including coaching and delegation.
• Ability to interpret sales metrics and apply merchandising standards.
