Job summary

Join Tillys as an Assistant Manager and help lead a high-energy team to deliver the Tillys Experience for every customer.

You will work with the Store Management Team to model exemplary service, drive selling behaviors, and oversee hiring, training and development of Associates while ensuring smooth store operations and a welcoming environment. You will coach performance, manage scheduling, and uphold store standards and loss prevention to protect assets and exceed service goals.
