Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success in management.
• Help ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and operational standards.
