Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to reach financial goals while ensuring guest satisfaction.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program and opportunities for growth within Panda Restaurant Group. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a focus on guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3 or more weeks.
