Job summary

Panda Express in Utah is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide a three-week or longer leadership training program to prepare you for success and growth within our Panda community.

As an Assistant Manager, you will hire, coach and supervise associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences, with opportunities for ongoing development and advancement into management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
