Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced assistant manager to oversee a single Panda Express store. You will lead a team, hire and coach associates to achieve financial targets and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with opportunities for growth and ongoing development within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• We will provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
