Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Naples, FL. We offer a comprehensive leadership training program, mentorship, and support from a collaborative Panda community designed to develop your career.

You will assist in operating a single store, hire and direct associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training begins with 3 or more weeks of leadership instruction to ensure your success.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and lead a team of associates.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and participate in a multi-week leadership training program.
