Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, per business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to meet goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
