Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States.

You will lead opening/closing, supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations, manage staffing and payroll, and drive sales with product knowledge and strong customer service. The role emphasizes recruiting, training, engagement and development with a promote-from-within philosophy, offering growth into future leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling.
• Drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
