You will lead staffing, training, and development, deliver engaging floor sets and product knowledge, and ensure efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent service and operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze reports for decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
