Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced Los Angeles store. You will lead opening/closing, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, schedule staff and manage payroll, and train non-management teammates.

You will drive sales through product knowledge, brand awareness, and exceptional customer service while maintaining visual displays and inventory control. You will analyze reports to inform decisions, operate POS systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
