Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager at SanTan Village in Gilbert, AZ to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership while delivering best-in-class customer service.

You’ll open/close the store, supervise sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train non-management staff, and coach teams to hit sales goals with strong product knowledge. Plus you’ll build visual displays, analyze reports for decisions, operate POS and fulfill Omni‑Channel orders,

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
