Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing performance, overseeing opening/closing, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will lead recruiting and training, supervise floor and stockroom, manage schedules/payroll, train non-management staff, and uphold brand standards through visual displays and omni-channel order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and manage store operations.
