Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Oklahoma. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service on every shift.

This role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, and you will primarily work second or third shifts. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable, along with strong communication and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store leadership preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
