Qualifications

• Assist the store manager in enforcing Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with pricing, inventory, merchandising, signage, and promotions.
• Serve as acting store manager during absences.
• Assist with scheduling and paperwork including books and cashier duties.
• Advise on personnel issues or policy violations affecting store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cashier lanes and displays.
• Order products, ensure accurate pricing, and manage inventory.
• Perform basic store maintenance, safety, and administrative tasks (bookkeeping, payroll, deposits).
• Supervise staff training and onboarding as directed by the manager.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager in day-to-day operations and policy enforcement.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and promotions are up to date.
• Cover shifts, tills, and deli when needed and act as manager in training.
