Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, lead the team, and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales through customer focus, merchandising, and talent development, while partnering with the General Manager to implement store strategy and coach a high-performing team to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing Brand Associates, owning areas of responsibility, ensuring SOPs, and leveraging

Qualifications

1–3 years of retail management experience.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Strong communication with customers and teams to meet goals.
Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Driven by metrics to deliver business results.
Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
Able to use retail technology.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move about the store.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Coach Leads and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team.
Execute the store strategy to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with General Manager to implement action plans and SOPs.
