Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, hire and guide team members, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ weeks of leadership training and gain mentorship and support from a strong Panda community committed to your success. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role located in Manitowoc, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
