You’ll participate in a leadership training program designed to prepare you for future store management, with support from a community that cares about your success.

The role includes responsibilities such as hiring and directing associates, ensuring quality guest experiences, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
