Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the Leland, NC area. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a caring Panda community to help you succeed.

You will assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee training and development of team members as part of a leadership program.
