Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a caring Panda community.

The role focuses on assisting the operation of a single store while guiding associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The program includes over three weeks of leadership training, with a commitment to integrity, safety, and a welcoming environment for guests and team

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and help hire, supervise and direct associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a three or more week leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Uphold integrity and ethics and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates in an open-kitchen setting.
