Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Irving, TX is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our store team as a supervisor supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities include counting inventory and supplies, ensuring cleanliness, overseeing staff, interviewing and onboarding new team members, and assisting with commissary deliveries and other duties as needed. Strong communication and leadership are essential to building a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability required.
• Prior management or QSR experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in daily operations.
• Count inventory and supplies to ensure stock levels.
• Maintain facility and equipment cleanliness according to standards.
• Supervise employees effectively and efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and equipment.
• Coordinate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
