7-Eleven Chicagoland is seeking an Assistant Manager to help ensure the store operates efficiently and in line with company guidelines. You will assist the Store Manager with training, supervising staff, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate brings retail leadership experience, strong people skills, and solid computer literacy (Word/Excel). A high school diploma or GED is preferred; a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications
