7-Eleven Chicagoland in New Lenox, IL seeks an Assistant Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly and adheres to guidelines. You will assist the Store Manager with training, supervising staff, and maintaining a welcoming customer experience.

The role requires strong people skills, reliable leadership, and a drive for excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Competent computer skills.
• Excellent team-building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store.
• Stock shelves and assist with inventory.
