Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Food handler's permit.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus!
• Regular, predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring standards are met in both FOH and BOH.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Act as primary point of contact for customer service and online reviews.
• Drive sales and manage labor costs to improve profitability.
• Monitor prep, stocking, and staging for smooth service.
• Adjust staffing to ensure adequate coverage and cost control.
