Job summary

Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager in Austin to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a collaborative team, and ensure top-notch guest experiences in line with Swig’s standards. You’ll train staff, handle guest interactions, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced work environment.

You will drive sales, monitor labor costs, assist with deposits, inventory, and weekly reporting while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining Swig standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in FOH and BOH.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with staff to foster a positive environment.
• Act as primary contact for customer service and online reviews.
• Drive sales and manage labor costs to improve profitability.
• Assist with inventory, deposits, reports, and operational docs.
